- 2 cups cubed French bread
- 1 cup chocolate milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 ounces chopped chocolate bars or 6 caramel-filled chocolate drops, chopped
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Place bread cubes in 2 (8-ounce) ramekins sprayed with cooking spray. Add chopped chocolate. Combine chocolate milk and eggs; whisk well. Pour over bread cubes. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until set and puffed. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
