  • 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 ounces chopped ham
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach leaves or arugula, torn
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped


  1. Place beans, garlic, ham and spinach in a large bowl. Add tomatoes and toss gently. Serve at room temperature.
